I'm allergic to mud masks?

I don't understand it, I used a mud slap made of mud and algae and my face burned and hurt during the first 1min. I thought it was because of the algae so I got a mud and green tea face masks and still my face burns....





Can one really get an allergy to mud? It says its allergy tested but still....





I would love something like a mud mask as a replacement, can you recommend me something that's mud-like lol?I'm allergic to mud masks?
I'd try green clay masks. I don't think you have a mud allergy but it could be a sulfur allergy and mud tends to have high amounts of sulfur in it, especially if it's mud from lake bottoms.
