BEST HOMEMADE EXFOLIATORS AND MASKS?

I REALLY need to exfoliate!! What is the best exfoliator remedy and best moisturizing mask?

THANKS!!!BEST HOMEMADE EXFOLIATORS AND MASKS?
I haven't made any masks, but for me the best homemade exfoliate is a mix of sugar and olive oil. It moisturizes and exfoliates really well, I've been making it for years now. I use about 2/3 sugar (just regular sugar) to about 1/3 extra virgin olive oil ( the best you can afford) to whatever size container you plan on using, I add a little vanilla extract just for scent. You can add any scent you like. mix in a container so the oil and sugar are combined. Use while you take a bath or shower and cover when not using. It's cheap, and works wonders. Good LuckBEST HOMEMADE EXFOLIATORS AND MASKS?
epson salt and hot water

mix equal parts of epson salt and water get the water as hot as you possibly can get it and if on face i suggest using q-tip then wait till it turns white then wash off do that for a couple days that should help out i have seen a noticable difference in my acne when i do this and its alot better and alot faster than the stuff that is full of junk on the shelves and whats good about it is that the salt is only like 1-2 dollars

for the moisturizing mask just go to about.com and type in what you want to know they'll give you a list of recipes
Ive heard of wheat germ and honey

Wheat germ and honey are great for nourishing, cleansing and rejuvenating the complexion. Use wheat germ as an exfoliator or add wheat germ oil for a moisturizing and soothing effect. Combine either with honey as a mask enhances the qualities of both.
avocado is the best! you eat most of it and save a little for your face... wash your facebeforehand with mild soap and warm water... mash it up with a fork (make sure its ripe) and put it on, let it dry, then use mild soap and a washcloth or facescrubber to gently scrub your face and pat dry. i use burts bees milk soap its so gentle with all natural ingredients so its not harsh on skin at all!

your face will feel so soft and smooth, and glowing!
well i didnt want to buy anything so i just tried this sugar and a body wash mix it and it will be like those body scrub products in the store put it on a wash cloth and go in circles or really however u want in a hot or warm shower or bath my skin feels great
i dunno about masks, but exfoliators...i do know. i live on the beach, and i use a little sand when i wash my face. it works the same as the st. ives apricot scrub. i've also heard that u can use salt and cold water
For the exfoliating....

I use lemonade and sugar.
Grape seed is a great natural exfoliant, it's not too rough on your skin. I have used an old soft toothbrush before with my facewash and it works great.
honey and oatmeal mask is really good for moisturizing and exfoliating
