this is what I do
-a bottle cap-full of egg white, a teaspoon of Brazil honey(any honey will do, but I prefer brazil ones), two drops of 50% alcohol(for penetrating purifying), and a teaspoon of whole milk. It purifies and brightens which is very nice. I do it once every 1 to 2 weeks and I could stay black-heads free for most of the time

i want to make some face masks using some common everyday ingredients but i dont know any recipies.

It's dry powder so depending upon your skin, you can use whatever you want as the wetting agent- water or milk for normal skin, yogurt or honey for dry skin, or vinegar for blemish-prone or oily skin, or a blend of any of the above or water and essential oils for a therapuetic mask. It's super-versatile, easy to do, and gives quick results. Just as precaustion it should only be used once a week regardless, because overusing the clay could dry your skin out no matter what wetting agent you use.
Cook some oatmeal and apply it to your face after it cools for a few minutes, leave it on for ten minutes and then wash off. It acts a facial scrub and also moisturizer. Crushed strawberries are great to use as a mask, applied to your face for 10-15 minutes, they acts as an astringent.

If not, you can always apply an intensive 3 minute mask of olive oil, just make sure to rinse your face well after use. Always moisturise after using any product.
P.S for home-made natural teeth whitening, use mashed up strawberries; they contain naturally occuring whitening chemicals, but don't use too often or the enamel of your teeth could be weakened.

everyone has a mask or two. for we fear rejection, and what if there are aspects of ourselves that others may fear? if we were to reveal how intelligent we are, or how ignorant we may be. will we be accepted?
Sometimes we hide behind a smile when we are sad, this for their benefit, but still a mask we wear.
Does it matter where we came from? we are still human in the end.
I never hide, though I may move quietly - but others seem to see many masks. I suppose it's a matter of where they're looking from. As for pride, I'm not sure. I deplore hubris, but think that if you cannot respect what you do with your life, and who you are, and where you came from, then you're a sad and poor kind of human being - and had better change your spectacles and your canoe.
Because I have proverbial acne. But if anyone says they are proud of who they are. Isn't pride just another mask to hide behind?
I wear different hats %26amp; have many different roles, wife, friend, mother, etc. But I seem to have noticed lately I find myself struggling with being a rescuer, %26amp; when I am overwhelmed with that I rubberband to hermit. I know that these roles do not define me, but I find myself there more than I am sure is healthy.
I'm not proud of myself. I have a whole separate life for my family, and another for my friends, and another for my teachers, and one that I hold dearly to myself because I am afraid of being hurt.
I would love to shed all of these masks, but then I would destroy my mother. Destroy her. I would take the reason that she loves me and murder it if I even gave her a slight glimpse of who I really am. Trust me, I have tried to give her even the slightest clue, and she crumbled. I had to carefully rebuild my lies and I am still miserable.
I do hide, I do because I don't have a thick enough hide.
I am proud of myself and of where I come from, but I do like to play a game like here in Y.answrs I will not tell where I am from, so people don't think of me along their stereotypes (I am sorry for doubting you might have some), and because I like to have my identity in movement. That is a game made possible by the anonymity.
In everyday life I do wear my mask of a good person, and try to be it: generous, patient, not lazy, not jealous, not suspicious. I will become a better person by imitating the best persons.
I'm not convinced that ';pride'; in who you are, or where you come from has much to do with wearing masks. It could be lack of harmony in yourself, putting on the mask for what you assume another prefers to see, or any number of things. I don't play ';roles.'; The only time I might wear a ';mask,'; %26amp; this would be infrequently, is when my personal sky is falling, %26amp; I ';put on'; a cheerful countenance so I won't depress anyone. It has nothing to do with being unhappy with where you come from but with not being completely sure who you are as a person..

everyone has a mask or two. for we fear rejection, and what if there are aspects of ourselves that others may fear? if we were to reveal how intelligent we are, or how ignorant we may be. will we be accepted?
Sometimes we hide behind a smile when we are sad, this for their benefit, but still a mask we wear.
Does it matter where we came from? we are still human in the end.
I never hide, though I may move quietly - but others seem to see many masks. I suppose it's a matter of where they're looking from. As for pride, I'm not sure. I deplore hubris, but think that if you cannot respect what you do with your life, and who you are, and where you came from, then you're a sad and poor kind of human being - and had better change your spectacles and your canoe.
Because I have proverbial acne. But if anyone says they are proud of who they are. Isn't pride just another mask to hide behind?
I wear different hats %26amp; have many different roles, wife, friend, mother, etc. But I seem to have noticed lately I find myself struggling with being a rescuer, %26amp; when I am overwhelmed with that I rubberband to hermit. I know that these roles do not define me, but I find myself there more than I am sure is healthy.
I'm not proud of myself. I have a whole separate life for my family, and another for my friends, and another for my teachers, and one that I hold dearly to myself because I am afraid of being hurt.
I would love to shed all of these masks, but then I would destroy my mother. Destroy her. I would take the reason that she loves me and murder it if I even gave her a slight glimpse of who I really am. Trust me, I have tried to give her even the slightest clue, and she crumbled. I had to carefully rebuild my lies and I am still miserable.
I do hide, I do because I don't have a thick enough hide.

Homemade masks for oily skin ?
my face is really oily, and especially my nose its so disgusting, and i have many black heads..

use a facial scrub every couple of days- they help to remove black heads and remove the dead skin and build up on your face which cause black heads. the st ives range are really good and they also smell nice.
my faveourite homemade mask would have to be:
3tbsp greek or natural youghurt
2tsp honey
leave this on for as long as you like.
you feel relaxed and your skin feels more mositured and looks better afterwards

What can I use to mask the smell?
I am treating an area rug with Nature's Miracle because there are like 11 cat pee stains on it. The stains are almost gone underneath the carpet now. I know that Nature's Miracle is supposed to neutralize the smell, but what else can I spray on the rug once I'm done treating it with Nature's Miracle to mask the smell?What can I use to mask the smell?
I agree that vinegar and water works better than many commercial products for ridding yourself of those pet odors. Although it smells strongly at first, the vinegar scent dissipates pretty quickly and takes away the other scents, to boot!
I liked using Simple Solutions to clean my carpet and get out the scent that *I* could smell...but when I used it, my cats were more attracted than ever to pee where I had cleaned. (Not something you want, I should expect!)
To get rid of the scent of cat pee without tearing up your carpeting and also discourage your cats from peeing there again, I recommend using a citrus spray of some sort. It'll smell fresh to you, cats dislike the scent of citrus, and it has staying power to overcome whatever nasty scents you have emanating from your carpet!

vinegar and water mixed in a spray bottle. also simple solution worked better for me than natures miracle
if you can i would probably get rid of the rug, just masking the smell isn't going to work. cats have a better sense of smell than people and might continue to go back to the rug.
if getting rid of the rug is not an option, you can look online or find a local vet that carries anti-icky poo. it is a spray that has enzymes that are supposed to eat the odor causing bacteria. it seems to work really well. it might be advisable for you to buy a gallon of the concentrate instead of the spray bottle, its a lot less in the long run to buy the gallon.
Baking soda, or kitty litter - rewet the stains, then sprinkle with either of these things, or a mixuture and let it set on there until the spot is dried out. Then vacuum with a shop vac - always worked for me.
I didn't care for Nature's Miracle. I do like Simple Solutions for Cat Urine. I also have used Oxyclean. I use them in my carpet shampooer.
You may never get rid of it completley, I ended up tearing out my carpet and washed the floor board with bleach let it dry and then washed it again. Then we put in new carpet. Because the urine soaks througth the carpet and underpad, so you may have to pull it all out.
Don't do anything, just blame the smell on the dog.

Sprinkle baking soda on the spots and it will absorb the odor.
White vinegar is fast and effective. I have provided a link.

Ohh no you poor thing try this I swear it works 100% of the time. I use this for getting out red wine to old cat urine stains. Dawn soap and hydrogen peroxide mixed equally in a bottle, let it get a little foamy then saturate over the stain and let it soak for about min then scrub in circle and volia no more stain or smell! It will be a little tough to get the dawn out but if you just pat it dry and don't rub anymore then it will dry fine not sticky at all. Good luck

Sounds like you have more issues than what you are telling us, but the answer is yes. The drug test you get at MEPS and again in boot camp and all through your military career is the best test out there. It will pick up any and all drugs in your system. The military is looking for people that can handle life withoug drugs of any kind as well as stress on a daily basis. If you can't do this in normal civilian life you better look elsewhere for a life/job choice. The military is 24/7. Think hard and long before you make the choice. The military spends millions a year getting rid of people similar to you because they can't deal with things once they get in. Not trying to be mean just telling you the facts since I see people like you everyday and most are not successful. What helped my scars the most was an at - home microdermabrasion kit, not a mask, actually. I used Vita-K Solutions At - Home Microdermabrasion Kit a few times a week for two or three months, and it really cleared up my scars good. You can find that same kit at Rite - Aid. And to keep acne away, I suggest Vita - C2 Clear, which you can also buy at Rite - Aid. It worked really well for me, as it cleared my skin completely within a month, and now it keeps my skin clear.

1 orange, rind of, grated
1/2 cup organic yogurt
Mix together both the ingredients.
Apply in upward circular motion on the face.
Rinse with cold water after 10 minutes.
or the avocadoe mask is great too
1 avocado, peeled and seeded
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 slices cucumbers
Mash avocado and add olive oil. Apply to face. Place the 2 cumcuber slices over eyes. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
