this is what I do
-a bottle cap-full of egg white, a teaspoon of Brazil honey(any honey will do, but I prefer brazil ones), two drops of 50% alcohol(for penetrating purifying), and a teaspoon of whole milk. It purifies and brightens which is very nice. I do it once every 1 to 2 weeks and I could stay black-heads free for most of the time
