target and wal mart will not have these, i suggest looking at party city or look up drama/theater masks on google to find one online
but check out party city first either online or on the store

The problem is that most places are sold out of these masks. Even online stores are having trouble keeping them in stock. Do a Google Image Search for ';blank white mask'; an you'll see what I mean.
People that buy these are reselling them on ebay for a profit. They are still around $10 plus shipping, and if you don't want to buy online because you don't want to give your credit card number online, or don't have a paypal account, use an ebay giftcard. You can them at most places that sell giftcards.
