consider that acne is a sebaceous infection.
The best thing I have found to treat it is Tea Tree Oil.
My 15-year-old son, while living away from me with his father, developed 'pizza face' and was quite unhappy with himself when he came back to live with me. He had tried all the commercial acne stuff, and nothing seemed to work.
I bought him a bottle of tea tree oil at the health food store.
He put a few drops on his clean hands and gently applied them to his skin, then rinsed it off with warm, clean water after about 5 minutes to give it time to work.
At night, he would re-apply the tea tree oil and leave it on.
In the morning, he would cleanse with the oil and wash it off.
Within two weeks, his acne had mostly cleared up and today, at age 31, he doesn't have a single scar.
Consider that acne is actually a wound infection. You don't want to use harsh cleansers or scrubbers. They only irritate the skin and can make it worse.
To make a mask for oily skin, get some pure clay (also from health food store). It is sold as an internal cleanser. For that matter, it doesn't hurt to use it for the original purpose along with making a mask from it.
Add some clean water to a small handful of clay powder and mix it into a paste. Apply to face and leave on until dry. Then rinse off again.
Whenever doing anything with your face, be gentle. The skin needs your care, not be treated rougthly.Anyone know any homemade face masks?
Try the egg white mask everyday plus put on moisturizers..
or you can have rolled oats , yogurt, honey, lemon mixed together..
